益肾液离子导入治疗慢性肾功能衰竭肾阳虚证临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure of Kidney Yang Deficiency by Yishen Liquid Iontophoresis

目的:探讨益肾液离子导入治疗慢性肾功能衰竭肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肾功能衰竭肾阳虚证患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均根据病情需要采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上予益肾液离子导入治疗,每日1次,每次30 min,7次1个疗程,3 d后开始下1个疗程,共3个疗程。两组疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为76.67%,两组有效率相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明益肾液离子导入治疗肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭有良好疗效。畏寒肢冷症状的疗效治疗组与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);倦怠乏力、腰膝酸痛症状的疗效治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组在改善上述症状方面疗效优于对照组;在改善食少纳呆、恶心、呕吐方面两组疗效相近(P>0.05)。结论:益肾液离子导入治疗慢性肾功能衰竭肾阳虚证疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical study on the treatment of chronic renal failure of kidney yang deficiency by Yishen Liquid iontophoresis.Methods： 60 patients with chronic renal failure of kidney yang deficiency sydrome were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,according to the table of random number method.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally given Yishen Liquid iontophoresis based on the conventional western medicine.The treatment was given once a day,30 min every time,seven times as a course of treatment.After 3 days,the next course began again with a total number of three courses and courses of the two groups were one month.The effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,while the rate of the control group was 76.67%.Comparision of the effective rate in both groups showed the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,indicating that the treatment of chronic renal failure of kidney yang deficiency by Yishen Liquid iontophores had good curative effects.Curative effects on the cold limbs in the treatment group had a very significant difference（P〈0.01） compared with control group;Curative effects on the languid,waist knee ache in the treatment group had a very significant difference（P〈0.05） compared with control group.Curative effects on these symptoms of the treatment group were superior to the control group.Curative effects on the less food＇s stay,nausea,vomiting in the two groups were similar（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Yishen Liquid iontophores has great curative effects in treating chronic renal failure of kidney yang deficiency.
