针灸罐并用治疗颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis by the Integration of Acupuncture and Cupping

目的:探讨针罐并用治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将115例颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合拔罐治疗,两组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为94.74%,对照组有效率为77.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针罐并用治疗颈椎病疗效好,费用低,操作简便,无不良反应。

Objective： To explore the clinial effects of the integration of acupuncture and cupping in treating cervical spondylosis.Methods： 115 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was treated with cupping therapy based on the treatment of control group.Both groups regarded 7 days as a course of treatment,Contrast of the curative effects after 3 courses.Results： The effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group,while the rate in the control group was 77.59%.Comparison of the effective rates between two groups showed that the defference had notable significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture and cupping in treating cervical spondylosis has good curative effects with low cost and no side effects,which is easy to operate.
