Example Illustration of the Citations of Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中医古籍引文的规范用法。方法:举《伤寒论》《古今图书集成·医部全录》《内经知要》《伤寒论辑义》为例进行分析说明。结果:仔细核对古书原文发现:①古人引文往往不是原文;②古人引文多删节改写;③原书已佚而引用佚文;④古人引文有出处记错;⑤古人引文有出处不确;⑥有引述致讹;⑦有以讹传讹。结论:阅读和引用古籍是一项非常细致的工作。当从工具书或是其他书中查到引述材料时,不可轻易引用,应当认真查对原文。

Objective： To explore the formal method of the Citations in the ancient books of traditional chinese medicine.Methods： Put Shanghanlun;Gujin Tushu Jicheng·Yibuquanlu;Neijing Zhiyao;Meaning of Treatise on febrile disease as examples to demonstrate and analyse.Results： After a careful checking of the original ancient books,we found that the ancients＇ citation wasn＇ t the original;the ancients＇ citation had many abridged and rewrite parts;the lost article had been cited,but the original books had been losted;the source of the ancients＇ citation was wrong;the source of the ancients＇ citation was uncertain;some citations had been mistaked;incorrect citations relayed an erroneous information.Conclusion： The work of reading and citing the ancient books is very meticulous.When we find the quoted materials by the reference books or other books,we should careful check the original instead of easily citing them
