摘要
膈肌肌电信号能很好地反映人的呼吸情况,针对传统一般用食道电极采集的现状,设计一个基于表面电极的膈肌肌电测量系统;在体表采集膈肌肌电信号并放大、滤波,采用以AD620为核心的前置放大器,其共模干扰抑制比大于100DB,通过高、低通滤波和50Hz陷波器分别滤除极化电压、高频噪声和工频噪声等干扰信号;多级放大后的信号经数学形态法滤除心电干扰后得到比较纯净的膈肌肌电信号;对该信号求取均方根值即可估算膈肌肌电强度,作为今后呼吸机机械通气触发和辅助支持的依据;实验验证了该测量系统能有效抑制工频等干扰,得到良好的膈肌肌电信号。
Diaphragmatic EMG is good to reflect humans' breathing. Instead of using the esophagus electrode for acquisition, it designs the EMG measuring system based on the surface electrode. The system detects the EMG from body surface to amplify and filter, and selects AD620 to be the core of the preamplifier. CMRR is over 100dB. Besides, using high--low filter and 50Hz notch filter to respectively climi nate the polarization voltage, high--frequency noise and 50hz power frequency disturbance. It uses mathematical morphological method to e liminate the ECG interference. Furthermore, seeking the root mean square value to estimate the strength of diaphragmatic EMG, which would be the basis of trigger and auxiliary support of Mechanical ventilation of the ventilator. Finally the experimental results verify the ef fectiveness of the system.
