摘要 数据存储器的广泛应用,对飞行器的的技术发展至关重要,因此提出了以FPGA为核心的数据存储器设计方法,探讨了一种RS-422的硬件接口电路,并对信号采用光耦隔离及施密特整形,保持了信号的准确性;同时分析了存储器的程序工作逻辑设计及FIFO的读取模式,保证了数据存储的完整性,最后阐述了一种FLASH存储模块的防护技术;试验表明了存储器可以完整记录飞行器发送的实时数据,证明了其应用的可行性,为飞行器的改进与维护提供了有效的依据。 Data memory is widely used, so it is very essential to the aircraft technology improvement. Therefore, a design method which the data recorder, s core is FPGA is present, in which, a kind of RS--422 hardware interface circuit is analyzed, and the signal using optical coupling isolation and Plastic surgery of Schmidt, keeping the accuracy of the signal, the design of the memory program logic and FIFO read mode is discussed, to ensure the integrity of storage data, the protection technology of the flash memory module is expatiated in the end. Test results show that memory can record real time data of aircraft completly, and proved the feasibility of its application, it is provide an effective basis for the improvement and maintenance on the aircraft.
