摘要
为了降低分布式光伏并网控制器的成本与功耗,提出一种以低功耗处理器STM32为主控制器的光伏逆变并网系统,包括SP-WM波调制模块、死区延时与光电隔离模块、驱动电路模块、LC滤波电路、逆变主电路、电网信号采集模块等设计;基于嵌入式光伏逆变并网系统死区延时模块死区时间可调,逆变效率为85.6%,能够有效地防止逆变颠覆的产生;通过试验测试表明,此系统不仅能够满足光伏逆变并网系统实时处理的要求,并网效果也比较理想。
This paper proposed the embedded PV inverter Grid--Connect system, in order to reduce the distributed grid--connected pho- tovoltaic controller cost and power consumption, which is consisted of SPWM wave modulation module, dead --time delay and the photoelec- tric isolation module, IR2110 module, LC filter circuit, inverter main circuit , power system signal acquisition module. The dead time of the designed dead--band unit is adjustable and inverter efficiency of 85.6% , which can effectively prevent inverter subversion. The experimental results show that the system can not only meet the design requirements, the Grid--Connect effect is also ideal.
