叩刺拔罐、火针及口服西药治疗股外侧皮神经炎临床疗效比较

Comparison of Tapping Cupping,Fire Needling and Oral Western Medicine for Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis

目的比较叩刺拔罐、火针疗法及口服西药治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效。方法将90例股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分为叩刺拔罐组、火针组、对照组各30例。对照组口服西药甲钴胺片每次500μg,布洛芬胶囊每次300mg,均每日2次,疗程30天。叩刺拔罐组、火针组分别于阿是穴(病变皮损处)行叩刺拔罐、火针治疗,3天治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,休息4天后进行下一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。记录患者疼痛缓解程度、疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间,治疗前后检测各组患者患侧、健侧神经传导速度,并于治疗结束后比较各组患者临床疗效。结果叩刺拔罐组总有效率为90.0%,火针组为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,叩刺拔罐组和火针组总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),叩刺拔罐组和火针组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。叩刺拔罐组及火针组在疼痛缓解程度、疼痛开始缓解时间及神经传导速度的改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);叩刺拔罐组在疼痛缓解程度、疼痛缓解缓解时间、疼痛持续时间及神经传导速度的改善方面与火针组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论叩刺拔罐及火针疗法对股外侧皮神经炎患者的治疗效果均优于口服西药,火针疗法、叩刺拔罐疗法疗效相当。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of tapping cupping, fire needling and oral western medicine on lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods Ninety eases of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis were randomized into a tapping cupping group, fire needling group and control group, with 30 in each. The control group was given 500 big methylcobalamin and 300 mg ibuprofen capsule orally, twice daily for 30 days. The tapping cupping group and fire needling group was treated with tapping cupping therapy and fire needling respectively, once 3 days, 5 times as one treatment course and resting for 4 days after one course of treatment. The treatment lasted for two courses. The degree of pain, time of pain relief and duration of pain were recorded. The ipsilateral and contralateral nerve conduction velocity was detected in three groups. The therapeutic effects in three groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of tapping cupping group, fire needling group and control group was 90.0%, 93.3% and 70.0% respectively. The total effective rate of tapping cupping group and fire needling group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, but with no significant difference between tapping cupping group and fire needling group （P〈0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the tapping cupping group and fire needling group could significantly improve the degree of pain, time of pain relief and nerve conduction velocity （P〈0.05）, but with no significant difference between the tapping cupping group and fire needling group （P〉0.05）. Conlcusion The tapping cupping therapy and fire needling are better than western medicine for lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. The therapeutic effect of tap- ping cupping therapy is similar to that of fire needling.
