摘要
对一种相变储能装置进行研究,将发动机的排气余热储存在相变材料中,用于发动机冷启动前对发动机进行预热以改善冷启动性能。介绍了台架试验装置、工作原理及试验研究结果,结果表明利用相变储能装置对发动机进行预热,可减少发动机冷启动排放污染,降低冷启动时油耗量。
A heat exchanger with was described. Heat stored in the phase change material (PCM) that can PCM can be used for preheating engine store the heat from exhaust to improve its cold starting gas of engine performance. Experiment rig, working principal and experiment results were presented. The results indicated that emission pollutants of automobile will be effectively reduced and fuel consumption will be decreased during cold starting by utilizing the heat exchanger with PCM to preheat engine.
