广东省产业结构升级对农村就业影响分析

On Influence of Upgrading Industrial Structure on Rural Employment in Guangdong Province

文章通过搜集整理广东省1990—2010年间的数据,对产业结构升级和农村就业状况进行实证分析,并利用数学模型对产业结构升级与农村就业之间的关系进行分析,得出结论:产业结构升级在长期将会对农村就业产生拉动效应,而短期则会对农村就业产生负效应。由此对短期如何缓解就业压力提出相关的政策建议。

By collecting and arranging data from 1990 to 2010 of Guangdong province,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the upgrading of industrial structure and employment situation in rural areas and discusses the relation between them by using mathematical model.The author draws a conclusion that upgrading industrial structure will have a pulling effect on rural employment in a long run,but it will produce negative effects in a short term.Based on the study,the paper proposes relevant policies on how to relieve the pressure of rural employment in a short term.
