辱虐管理与员工满意度及任务绩效:心理挫败感的中介作用 被引量:1

摘要 领导者的领导风格被人力资源研究领域广泛关注,辱虐管理作为其中一个较新的话题,逐渐被更多重视。如何减少辱虐管理行为的发生,降低雇员心理挫败感,以达成提高其工作满意度及任务绩效的目的,是每一个企业稳定并且持续发展的核心竞争力。文章以大量文献与相关理论为基础,着重讨论员工在辱虐管理环境下,其心里挫败感在辱虐管理与工作满意度及其任务绩效之间的作用。
