摘要
抑郁症以其高患病率、高复发率、高致残率和高致死率的特点,近年来成为精神疾病的第一号杀手。根据世界卫生组织发表的《2002年世界卫生报告》,抑郁症已成为世界第四大疾患,到2020年,抑郁症可能成为仅次于心脏病的第二大疾病。抑郁症对人类的危害已越来越引起社会的关注,有关抑郁症病因及发病机制的研究也层出不穷。“神经营养假说”的提出为抑郁症的病因研究开拓了新的思路,
