First diagnosis of hereditary angioedema in Xinjiang:3 pedigrees reports

摘要 1一般资料先证者1，男，22岁，汉族。反复躯体局限性肿胀6年，于2011—11—30入院。患者16岁起无明显诱因反复单手肿胀，水肿不伴风团、红热及瘙痒，多5d后自行缓解。发病初期每年发作4～5次，以后逐年次数增加，程度加重，时伴面部肿胀。
