坤宁口服液对高龄产妇人工流产后阴道出血的疗效

The clinical efficacy of Kunning oral solution on vaginal bleeding in induced abortion patients aged 35 and older

目的:探讨高龄产妇人工流产后减少阴道出血量、缩短阴道出血时间及促进月经恢复的临床治疗。方法:将2012年1-6月就诊于深圳市第二人民医院妇科门诊的125例高龄产妇(≥35岁)人工流产患者随机分为两组:研究组62例于手术流产后口服抗生素同时加用坤宁口服液,观察组63例仅于手术后口服抗生素。结果:研究组术后出血时间、出血量研究组和观察组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),其术后1个月月经恢复正常比例高于观察组,但两者并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:高龄产妇在人工流产后联合使用坤宁口服液,能明显缩短阴道出血的天数,减少阴道出血量,有助于促进月经恢复。

Objective To explore the clinieal efficacy of Kunning oral solution on vaginal bleeding in induced abortion patients aged 35 and older. Methods We collected 125 pregnant women age 35 and over who treated with induced abortion between January to June, 2012, in the Second Hospital of Shenzhen. These patients were divided into two groups： control group and research group. The research group of 62 patients receives Kunning oral solution together with oral antibiotics after induced abortion. The control group of 63 patients only treated with oral antibiotics. Results The time duration of vaginal bleeding and amount of vaginal bleeding after indueed abortion of the research group was much higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment combined with Kunning oral solution after induced abortion in old mothers can obviously reduce the amount, shorten the time and promote menstrual recovery of vaginal bleeding.
