自身抗体分子在肺癌早期诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 肺癌居癌症病死率首位,早期无明显临床症状,80%的肺癌患者就诊时已属中晚期,其中约75%的患者发现有转移灶的存在,治疗预后较差。总的5年生存率不超过15%。美国国立癌症研究所统计资料显示,
