摘要
目的检测骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜病变及子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨2者与子宫内膜癌变发生、发展的关系。方法收集我院妇科经手术病理证实的子宫内膜腺癌标本75例、子宫内膜不典型增生标本22例及同期正常增殖期子宫内膜组织15例,采用免疫组织化学SP染色法检测OPN和MMP9的表达情况。结果在子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜腺癌组织中,OPN与MMP9的阳性表达率分别为72.73%、80.00%和63.64%、70.67%,均明显高于正常增殖期子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。OPN、MMP9的阳性表达率与子宫内膜腺癌的组织分级及肌层侵润呈正相关(r=0.287 9,P<0.05)。结论 OPN及MMP9与子宫内膜癌变发生及发展关系密切。
Objective To evaluate the expressions of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metallopmteinase 9(MMP9) in normal and endome- trial pathology. To explore the relationship between the expressions of OPN, MMP9 and the genesis and development of endometrial adeno- carcinoma. Methods In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the expressions of OPN and MMP9 in 75 cases of en- dometrial adenocarcinoma,22 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 15 cases of normal proliferative endometrium. All the analysis was contirmed by surgical resection and pathology. Results In the cases of atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma, the positive rates of OPN and MMP9 were 72.73%, 80.00% and 63.64%, 70.67%, respectively, Which were significantly higher than normal proliferative endometrium (P 〈 0.05). Expressions of OPN and MMP9 were significantly correlated with tumor grade, myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma (r =0.287 9, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion OPN and MMP9 were closely associated with tumor genesis and pathobiological behavior.
