摘要 本研究应用Western blot检测乙二醛酶Ⅰ(GLO1)蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,发现与正常肺组织比较,GLO1蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达显著增高,提示GLO1可能在肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。该发现也为证实HDGF-GLO1信号转导途径的存在提供了必要的证据。
