摘要
将传统生物接触氧化工艺与缺氧/好氧工艺相结合,构建了A/O一体化生物接触氧化反应器。采用其处理生活污水,研究不同回流比、气水比等条件下该工艺对污染物尤其是氮、磷的去除效果,以期获得较佳的运行参数。在进水量为165 L/h、水力停留时间为5.2~5.7 h、水温为26~32℃、pH值为7.2~7.6、气水比为7∶1、回流比为100%的条件下,该工艺具有较好的除污效果,出水COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP浓度均能达到一级B标准,去除率分别为85.7%、98.1%、54.7%、83.9%。
By combining traditional bio-contact oxidation technique with the A/O process, an inte- grated A/O bio-contact oxidation reactor was designed to treat domestic sewage. The removal efficiency of the process for pollutants, especially nitrogen and phosphorus, with various reflux ratios and gas-water ra- tios was studied to obtain the optimum operation parameters. Under the conditions of influent 165 L/h, HRT 5.2 to 5.7 h, temperature 26 to 32 %, pH 7.2 to 7.6, gas-water ratio 7 : 1 and reflux ratio 100%, the process achieved good pollutant removal efficiency. The concentrations of COD, NH4+ - N, TN and TP in the effluent met the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002 ). The corresponding removal rates were 85.7%, 98.1%, 54.7% and 83.9% respectively.
