摘要
泵吸式泥渣外回流高效澄清设备具有药耗小、占地面积小、空间利用率大、出水水质好、回流污泥浓度大、回流量小且易控制等特点。絮凝区和沉淀区采用强化型网格和新型的螺旋斜板,保证了设备较好的处理效果,泥渣的回流则使投药量大为减少,可节省药剂50%以上。在处理水量为10 m3/h,进水浊度为40~120 NTU、CODMn为1.3~1.7 mg/L,回流比为20%以及投药量为3 mg/L时,出水浊度、CODMn分别为4.4 NTU、1.02 mg/L,较无泥渣回流时的去除效果更明显,沉淀出水水质均满足设计规范要求。
Efficient clarifier with pumping sludge return features less chemicals consumption, small footprint, efficient space utilization, high-quality effluent, high returned sludge concentration, low return sludge quantity and easy control. To ensure that the equipment had good treatment effect, floccula- tion area and settling zone adopted reinforced meshes and new type spiral inclined plates. Sludge return could reduce chemicals dosage by more than 50%. When the influent rate, turbidity, CODMn, return ra- tio and chemicals dosage were 10 m3/h, 40 to 120 NTU, 1.3 to 1.7 mg/L, 20% and 3 mg/L respec- tively, the effluent turbidity and CODM, were 4.4 NTU and 1.02 mg/L respectively. The treatment effi- ciency with sludge return was significantly better than that without sludge return. Moreover, the effluent from settling zone met the design standard.
