摘要
T型管结构简单,应用于海上平台含油污水的处理中,可解决平台处理量小、集输管网负担重等问题。通过改变入口位置、流速、入口含油率、流量配比、水平管径、垂直管数等条件,分别考察了这些因素对T型管油水分离效率的影响。结果表明,采用T型管分离油、水时,宜选择T型管下端作为来液入口;当垂直管数≥8、水平管径较大时,油水分离效率较高。在试验条件下,当流速≤0.42 m/s、流量配比≥60%、入口含油率<30%时,T型管的分离效果较好。
The oil-water separation efficiency of T-type tube with simple structure was studied in order to improve the wastewater treatment capacity and reduce the heavy burden of gathering pipeline on an offshore oilfield platform. The influence of inlet position, flow rate, oil content, flow ratio, diameter of horizontal tube, and number of vertical tubes on the oil-water separation efficiency of T-type was investi- gated. The results showed that at the bottom inlet, installing more than 8 vertical tubes and having a lar- ger diameter of horizontal tube would increase the separation efficiency. The separation efficiency of T- type tube used in the experiment was higher when the flow rate was lower than 0.42 m/s, the flow ratio was more than 60%, and the oil content was less than 30%.
