摘要
在SBR工艺的滗水器设计过程中,由于其细部构件及尺寸较多,采用CAD绘图时,设计人员需要浪费大量的时间和精力进行繁琐的重复绘图。采用Auto CAD内嵌的VBA语言,开发污水处理中滗水器的设计计算和参数化绘图系统,将模块化设计和CAD技术相结合,从而实现了滗水器选型、计算和绘图的智能化和一体化。
Because of the size and components detail, the design of a decanter in the SBR process demands unnecessary time and energy from the CAD designer. A parametric drawing system for design and calculation of decanter in the sewage treatment was developed using Auto CAD VBA language. The combination of modular design with CAD technology can realize intelligent and integrated decanter selec- tion, calculation and drawing.
