摘要 介绍了重庆钢铁股份有限公司老区通过对脱氧工艺的优化,并采用钙处理工艺,解决了脱氧产物Al2O3对钢水质量的影响及浇铸过程的可浇性问题,实现了"转炉→吹氩站→连铸"工艺路线稳定生产含铝钢。缓解了用LF生产品种钢的压力,在保证质量的前提下降低了生产成本。 The present paper introduces how to solve the influence of the deoxidizing products Al2O3 on quality of liquid steel and castability in the process of casting by optimization of deoxidization process and application of Ca treatment and realize consistent production of Al steel by "converterargon blowcontinuous casting" process route and thus tension of production of brand steeel by LF is relieved and the production cost is reduced as well without affecting the product quality in the over moded section of the steel making plants of Chongqing iron & Steel Co., ltd.
