摘要 目的描述弹性成像中乳腺实性结节的蓝绿红分层(BGR)伪像。方法回顾性分析34例在弹性成像中出现BGR伪像的实性结节的超声表现,彩色多普勒成像(CDFI)和结节的平均大小、结节距乳头距离、结节深度、乳腺腺体厚度等变量。结果30位女性患者的34例弹性成像出现BGR伪像的实性结节中恶性病变2例,病理类型为浸润性导管癌;良性病变32例,病理类型分别为乳腺腺病27例,纤维腺瘤3例,导管内乳头状瘤2例。这些实性结节最常见的超声表现是椭圆形(82%,28/34),平行生长(94%,32/34),边界清楚(94%,32/34),并且所有病例均内呈低回声。结论弹性成像中乳腺结节出现的BGR伪像并不仅仅提示可能囊性病变,也有实性可能,需要结合结节的二维声像图和CDFI特征做出准确判断。弹性成像中出现BGR伪像的实性结节有良性可能,也有恶性可能,良性仍然为多数(32/34)。 Objective To describe the aliasing artifact on us-elastography for breast solid lesions. Methods A total of 34 lesions which showed a blue-green-red pattern artifact on us-elastography were retrospectively reviewed. US findings and lesion variables were analyzed. Resdts A total of 34 breast solid lesions with a blue-green-red pattern artifact on US-elastography (2 IDC ; 27 mammary hyperplasia ; 3 fibmadenoma;2 intraduetal papilloma) were diagnosed in 30 patients. The most common US findings showed an oval shape (82%,28/34), parallel orientation (94%,32/34) and with circumscribed margin (94%,32/34). All 34 lesions were hypoeehoic. Condusion An aliasing artifact that appears as a blue-green-red pattern in breast lesions depicted on us-elastography is not only suggestive of a possible cystic breast lesion but also suggestive of a possible solid breast lesion. Majority of the solid lesions with a blue-green-red pattern artifact on US-elastogra- phy were benign (32/34), but also could be malignant.
