二尖瓣环运动速度评价择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者的近期疗效 被引量:4

摘要 利用组织多普勒成像技术检测二尖瓣环组织运动速度,评价首次急性心肌梗死患者行择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对左室收缩和舒张功能的近期影响。结果发现,急性心肌梗死患者行择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后短期左室收缩及舒张功能明显提高,采用组织多普勒成像技术检测二尖瓣环组织运动速度可更准确反映左室收缩和舒张功能。
