富硒茶的研究进展

Research Progress of Selenium-enriched Tea in China

从硒的保健功能、茶叶中的硒含量、硒的存在形态、茶树耐硒机理、影响茶叶硒含量的因素、富硒茶的开发利用等方面进行综述,同时对中国富硒茶的研究进行展望,以期为富硒茶的进一步研究提供参考依据。

Health function of Selenium element, the content and existence form of Se in tea and the Selenium- enrich mechanism of tea were reviewed in this article. This paper also summarized the influencing factors of Se content in tea and the utilization of Se-enriched tea in China. In order to provide references for further study of Se-enriched tea, this paper also predicted the development trend of Se-enriched tea in China.
