摘要
研究了在常规一段酸浸条件下从加纳某碳酸锰矿石中浸出锰,考察了温度、酸矿质量比、浸出时间对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:提高浸出温度、酸矿质量比及延长浸出时间,均可显著提高锰浸出率,其中温度对锰浸出率影响最显著;在搅拌强度180r/min、酸矿质量比1∶0.7、反应时间4h、浸出温度60℃(恒温)条件下,锰浸出率达93.99%,残酸质量浓度为4.08g/L。
Leaching of manganese from manganese carbonate ore from Ghana by one stage acid leaching was studied. The effects of leaching temperature,acid concentration and leaching time on leaching of manganese were examined. The results showed that increasing of leaching temperature and acid concentration could remarkably enhance the leaching rate of manganese, among which the effect of temperature was most obvious. Manganese leaching of 93.99% and residual acid concentration of 4.08 g/L were obtained under the conditions of agitation of 180 r/rain,acid ore mass ration of 1:0. 7, 60 ℃ and leaching time of 4 h.
