摘要
以白云鄂博混合稀土精矿为原料,AlCl3-HCl为浸出剂,采用二次回归正交设计,研究了AlCl3浓度、HCl浓度、温度、时间、液固体积质量比、搅拌速度等对氟碳铈矿浸出的影响,确定了各因素对浸出率的回归方程。结果表明,最佳浸出工艺条件为:HCl浓度4mol/L,AlCl3浓度1.5mol/L,浸出温度85℃,搅拌时间60min,液固体积质量比35mL/g,搅拌速度100r/min。在此条件下,氟碳铈矿浸出率达到76.63%,接近理论浸出率77.90%。
Leaching of bastnaesite from Bayunebo mixed rare earth concentrate using AlCl3-HCl system as leaching agent have been studied. The effects of AlCl3 concentration, HCl concentration,temperature, leaching time, liquid to solid ratio, stirring speed and other factors on leaching of bastnaesite by quadratic regression orthogonal are examined. The regression equation about the impact of various factors on leaching rate of bastnaesite is get. The optimum conditions of HCl concentration of 4 mol/L,AlCl3 concentration of 1.5 mol/L,leaching temperature of 85 ℃ ,stirring time of 60 min,liquid to solid of 35 mL/g, the stirring speed of 100 r/min are determined. Under the optimum conditions,the leaching rate reach 76.63% and close to theoretical leaching rate of 77.90%.
