摘要
研究了用某钛厂的含钛废盐酸浸出钛铁精矿,考察了浸出温度、废酸浓度、反应时间等对钛和铁浸出的影响。结果表明,在温度105℃、酸质量分数15%、反应时间24h、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下,钛浸出率达93%。
Leaching of ilmenite concentrate using waste hydrochloric acid has been researched. The influence of temperature, acid concentration, reaction time on leaching of titanium and ferrum are examined. The results show that at the conditions of acid concentration of 15%, liquid solid ratio of 4: 1,reaction time of 24 h, the leaching rate of titanium and ferrum are 93% and over 90%,respectively.
