摘要
基于节约能源和保护环境的原则,研发了一种新型桉树皮切碎机。该机具有结构简单、切碎速度快、切削均匀和操作方便等特点。采用APDL语言建立了按树皮切碎机主要零部件的有限元模型,并对其进行有限元分析,结果表明:新型按树皮切碎机能够满足工作要求,并且新型按树皮切碎机的主要零部件能够满足刚度和强度要求。
Based on the principle of saving energy, protect environment, developed a new type of eucalyptus bark cutting machine. The eucalyptus bark cutter has the advantages of simple structure, cutting speed, uniform cutting, convenient operation. The main parts of the Eucalyptus bark cutting machine are established By APDL parameter design language and the finite element analysis, the results show that the main transmission chain of way can meet the job requirements of loader and the main parts can satisfy the intensity and rigidity requirements.
