新型水稻抛栽工作装置设计

New Working Device Design to Paddy Throwing Transplantor

针对目前已有的凸轮顶杆式抛栽工作装置存在的凸轮分布不均匀和结构复杂等问题,研制了新型水稻抛栽工作装置,给出了工作装置的结构组成和各关键零件的结构参数确定方法。对研制的水稻抛栽工作装置进行了试验研究,研究结果表明,新型水稻抛栽工作装置不仅在结构上得到简化,成本降低,而且抛栽效果良好。

So far, the foregone cam-mandril type working device of paddy throwing transplantor has some shortcoming, for example, asymmetry distributing cam, complicated structure, etc. In this paper, a new such device is designed. The makeup and the structure parameters of the key part are given. Experimental research to the device is conducted, the result show that the new device not only has simplified structure and lower price but also has much better paddy throwing transplant effect.
