摘要 根据果树标准化施肥技术的要求,设计了果园挖坑施肥机。拖拉机动力输出轴提供动力,经减速器后传递给带有链刀的链条转动,实现挖坑作业;使用单片机控制步进电机驱动排肥器工作,实现定量施肥;在拖拉机的牵引下,回土机构将收集的土壤回填至坑内。该施肥机可实现挖坑、施肥及回土作业。 According to the characteristics of the current fertilization for fruit trees, we developed a digging fertilizing machine used for orchard. The chain with blades is rotated by power output shaft of the tractor after its speed reduced by the reducer, then realizing digging operations. Using the microcontroller unit to drive a stepper motor which drives outer row of slots wheel fertilizer plant work, in order to keep the fertilizer being distributed reasonably. Collecting soil can be backfilled by backfilling soil device in the tractor tow. Therefore, the digging fertilizing machine can complete the digging, fertilization, soil covering operations.
