摘要
分析了魔芋精粉加工生产线储料罐中物料位置超限所带来的不利影响,找到了解决该问题的有效办法,以STC89C52单片机为核心构建了简单可靠、经济实用的测控系统,完成了储料罐中料位的自动检测与控制,大大提高了魔芋精粉的质量和优质成品的获得率。
The paper analyzes the adverse effect of material level exceeding range in the storage tank of the production line of Konjac flour. Find out the effective way to solve the problem. Construct a examination and control system using STC89C52 MCU, which is simple, reliable, economical and practical. Complete the automatic detection and control of the material level in the storage tank. Improve greatly the konjac flour quality and finished product rate.
