摘要
针对传统的滚筒式茶叶杀青方式控制系统不够稳定、杀青效果差等问题,将远红外辐射加热技术应用于茶叶杀青中,并采用自适应模糊PID控制技术来提高温度控制精度和抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明,自适应模糊PID控制方法调节时间短,超调量和稳态误差均为0,能够使茶叶杀青机的温度保持恒定,显著提高茶叶品质。因此,自适应模糊PID控制技术完全能够满足制茶行业的要求。
For the questions that tea's green removing techmque by using tracl^tlonal roller-type macnlne are not stableenough and poor effect and so on, the author has applied far infrared radiation heating technology and adaptive fuzzy PID control technology in green removing to increase the temperature control precision and anti-interference ability. The simulation results show that not only the adaptive fuzzy PID control method's setting time is short, but also overshoots and steady-state error is O, so it can make tea's green removing machine temperature constant, significantly improve the quality of tea. Therefore, the adaptive fuzzy PID control technology can completely meet the requirement of tea industry.
