燃烧室结构对NO_x与Soot排放影响的数值模拟

摘要 影响直喷式柴油机缸内燃烧过程和排放特性的因素可归纳为3个方面,即进气系统参数、喷油系统参数以及燃烧系统参数。其中,燃烧室结构是影响柴油机排放的重要因素之一。为此,基于某企业开发的6缸直喷式柴油机,以AVL公司的FIRE v8.5为平台,在固定喷雾夹角与喷油规律的条件下,研究了5种不同的燃烧室线型对直喷式柴油机氮氧化物与颗粒排放的影响规律。 The factors affecting cylinder direct injection diesel engine combustion process and emission characteristics can be summarized into three areas : intake system parameters, parameters of fuel injection system and combustion system parameters. The cylinders structure affect the emissions of the diesel engine. Based on a cylinder direct injection diesel engine of 6, use AVL's FIRE v8.5 as a platform, one physical parameters, which was swirl ratio representatively to study their influence on the temperature in the cylinder of direct injection diesel engine . Study the affects of five different com- bustion chamber structures on NOx and Soot in the fixed spray Angle and fuel iniection law case.
