摘要
在TS浓度为20%、发酵温度为35℃的条件下,研究沼液添加量(TS比)为20%,30%和40%时,对干湿耦合厌氧发酵的影响。实验结果表明:沼液添加量对稻秆干式厌氧发酵的影响较大。在本实验条件下,当沼液添加量为40%时,沼气产量、沼气成分、TS和VS降解率等厌氧发酵的主要指标均优于20%和30%组。这说明,在本实验条件下,沼液添加量40%为较优的工艺控制参数。该研究可为干湿耦合厌氧发酵的实际工业应用提供理论依据。
The study is to research the effects of the biogas slurry% additive amount (TS ratio) 20%, 30% and 40% on dry and wet coupling anaerobic fermentation, under the condition that the TS concentration is 20% and the fermentation temperature is 35 ℃. The result shows that additive amount of biogas slurry has a great influence on dry and wet anaerobic fermentation. Under this experimental conditions, when the biogas slurry additive amount is 40% , the major indexes of the anaerobic fermentation such as the biogas production, components, Ts and VS degradation rate are better than those in 20% and 30%. In conclusion, 40% biogas slurry additive amount is the optimal process control parameter in this experiment. The study can provide theoretical basis for the industrial application in dry and wet coupling anaerobic fermentation.
