摘要
根据各向异性磁电阻(AMR)传感器的基本原理,提出一种非接触式测量活体超声显微镜(UBM)中超声换能器线性位移的方法。通过单片机PIC16F1827和AMR组成的硬件电路对AMR线性传感器数据进行采集,利用单片机对采集到的数据进行数字滤波、线性校正,输出控制信号。实验表明:基于AMR传感器检测位移的方法能够精确检测超声换能器的位移,实时性好。
According to the ultimate principle of anisotropy magneto resistance(AMR) effect,a non-contact method to measure micro linear displacements of ultrasound transducer in UBM is presented.It collects datas from AMR sensors,using MCU to carry out digital filtering on datas,linear calibration and output control signal via microcontroller PIC16F1827 and hardware circuit that contains AMR sensors.Experiments show that this method has the advantages of high precision and good instantaneity in detecting the displacements of the ultrasound transducer.
