区域电信技术进步与创新的贡献率测算

Contribution rate of progress and innovation in area telecom technology

针对区域电信技术进步与创新问题 ,选择柯布 -道格拉斯生产函数模型 ,采用索洛余值方法 ,依据历年的资金投入、人力投入和业务量情况 ,分析测算电信产业的技术进步与创新对电信业务量产出的贡献作用 ,同时依据历年 GNP值 ,分析测算了电信技术进步对 GNP的贡献能力 ,为区域依赖科技进步和科技创新发展经济 ,提供参考依据。

Aiming at the progress and innovation problems for area telecom technology,using Cobb Douglas production function model,based on the investment,the labor force used,and the business quantity over years through the method of R.W.Solow,the contribution of the production in the progress and innovation of telecom technology is surveyed.And based on GNP in recent years,the contribution ability of the progress in telecom technology is analyzed in order to provide a basic reference for area economy development that depends on the technology progress and innovation.
