Exploring “Two-way Employment” Mechanism Promoting Teaching Staff Development in Vocational Colleges

对高职院校而言与行业企业共同构建"双向双聘"机制对于打造高水平"双师型"师资队伍、促进高等职业教育发展有重要意义。"双向双聘"机制的构建要研究前提与基础、进行组织机构的设计、强化制度建设。要制定校企一体化发展规划,建立产学研合作机制,创新校企合作模式,发挥政府主导作用以推动与保障"双向双聘"机制运行。

As far as vocational colleges are concerned,building a ＂two-way employment＂ mechanism with enterprises is of great significance to create ＂dual qualified＂ teaching staff and to promote the development of vocational education.The construction of ＂two-way employment＂mechanism should be conducted with the study of the precondition and foundation,and the design of the organization and institutions.The colleges should make development plan on the integration of colleges and enterprises,establish a cooperative mechanism by production,learning and research,innovate school-enterprise cooperation mode,play the leading role of the government so as to promote and protect the operation of the ＂two-way employment＂ mechanism.
