英国职业技术教育的课程设置浅说 被引量:2

摘要 英国是最发达国家之一,社会已进入信息化时代,产业结构实现了制造经济向信息经济的转化,社会经济结构以第三产业为主;信息化带动工业化,形成以高端信息化产业、高端装备制造业为主体新型工业化体系。反映在社会职业和人力资源需求方面,与第三产业相关的职业岗位及种类不断增加,成为就业的主要渠道;与第二产业相关的职业岗位向高端发展,对知识和技术的要求提高。英国职业技术教育很好的适应了社会经济发展,在课程设置中,既数量繁多、涉及面广,又承转灵活、适用性强,其整体构思十分科学,值得我们好好借鉴。 Britain is one of the most developed countries,with the society into the information age,the industrial structure over the transformation from the manufacturing economy to the information economy and the tertiary industry as the main socio-economic structure.The info-tech stimulates the industrialization,forming a new industrialization system with the high-end info-tech industry and high-end equipment manufacturing industry as the mainstay.In terms of the demand for socio-occupations and human resources,the positions and varieties in the tertiary industry related have been increasingly growing and becoming the main channel of the employment.The positions relative to the secondary industry are developing into the high-end tech,thus requiring more knowledge and techniques.British vocational and technical education is worthy of being used as reference,as it is scientifically designed and well adapted to the socio-economic development,covering a wide range and vast amount of the curriculums,with flexible transfer and applicability.
