我国新型煤化工发展思路探讨

发展煤制油、煤制天然气、煤制二甲醚、煤制烯烃、煤制乙二醇等新型煤化工是转变我国能源发展方式、保障能源安全、优化煤炭消费结构和建设煤炭强国的需要。面对传统煤化工产能过剩、新型煤化工技术及经济性亟待提升、技术标准和市场体系不完善、投资过热及生态环境约束等挑战,必须统筹规划、优化布局,加强创新、深化示范。提出建设新疆、内蒙、陕西、宁夏及山西等五大国家新型煤化工基地,建设绿色、低碳、高效新型煤化工产业。

The development of coal to oil, coal to natural gas, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to olefin, coal to ethylene glycol etc as the new coal chemical industry in China is needs to change the way of energy development, energy security, optimizing coal consumption structure and construction coal power. In the face of the traditional coal chemical industry overcapacity, new coal chemical industry technology and economy need improve, technical standard and the market is not perfect, there are investment overheating and ecological environment restriction challenges, we must plan overall, optimize the layout, strengthen innovation, deepen the demonstration. Put forward building Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Ningxia and Shanxi five national new coal chemical industry base, to build the green, low carbon, high efficiency new coal chemical industry.
