摘要
目的了解腾冲县传疟媒介的分布及构成。方法2012年7月,选择腾冲县不同海拔地区的6个自然村,用诱蚊灯在人房和牛棚进行通宵诱捕。对捕获的蚊虫进行形态学鉴定和计数。结果共捕获了中华按蚊、昆明按蚊、伪威氏按蚊、多斑按蚊、微小按蚊等5种按蚊。中华按蚊占95.30%,昆明按蚊占3.83%,其他按蚊占0.87%;不同海拔地区按蚊分布不同。结论腾冲县传疟媒介种类丰富且分布复杂,不同区域疟疾传播风险不同。
Objective To investigate the malaria vectors Anopheline species in Tengchong County of Yunnan Province. Methods Six natural villages in Tengchong County at various altitudes were selected in July 2012. Mosquitoes in human dwellings and cattle sheds were collected by overnight trapping with ovitrap light. Results Totally 5 Anopheles species including An. sinensis, An. kunmingensis, An. pseudowillmori, An. maculates, An. minimus were captured, with 95.30% of An. sinensis ,3.83% of An. kunmi ngensis, while the others only accounted for 0.87%. The distribution of Anopheles was different of various altitude areas. Conclusion The species composition of malaria vectors was complex in the study sites indicting the existence of different malaria transmission risk in different areas of Tengchong County.
