419名大学生弓形虫感染的调查

Investigation of Toxoplasma gondii infection among 419 students in Yichun College

目的了解高校新生弓形虫的感染情况，为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法获取宜春学院2010级419名新生知情同意后，每人空腹抽取静脉血2ml，采用ELISA法检测血清弓形虫IgG抗体。结果新生弓形虫抗体阳性率为4．30％，其中男生4．17％，女生4．38％，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0．01，P〉0．05）；家住城镇和农村的新生弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为4．50％和3．57％，差异亦无统计学意义（χ2=0．02，P〉0．05）。结论宜春学院医学院新生中存在弓形虫感染，表明人群对弓形虫普遍易感。

Objective To explore the infection rate of Toxophsma gondii among students in college,and to provide evidence for the further intervention. Methods After they were informed and agreed,sera of 419 students from Yichun College in 2010 were collected, and IgG antibody of Toxophsma gondii was detected with ELISA. Results Among all the students investigated, the positive rate of IgG antibody of Toxophsma gondii was 4.30%.The positive rates of antibody in male and female were 4.17% and 4.38% respectively,the difference was not significant （χ2 = 0.01, P 〉 0.05）. The positive rates in students coming from urban and ru- ral area were 4.50% and 3.57% respectively. The difference was also not significant （χ2= 0.02, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection exists among students in Yichun College indicating the general sus- ceptibility to Toxoplasma gondii.
