摘要 硝酸纤维素膜以其独特的理化性质和操作简便快捷等特点,广泛应用于生物医药、化工及环境保护等领域,在寄生虫病的诊断技术研究中也扮演着重要角色。该文就硝酸纤维素膜的理化特性、生产制备及其在寄生虫病诊断技术研究中的应用作一综述。 Nitrocellulose membrane is an important material for rapid test of parasitic diseases, which makes field testing and epidemiology surveys quicker, simpler and much economic. This review discussed the physical and chemical properties of nitrocellulose and the effect on diagnostic techniques in parasitic diseases.
