Concept and key features of vehicle body platform architecture are introduced,including general design and bandwidth setting.The paper also elucidates how to implement body platform architecture in the process as well as how to evaluate its efficiency.Furthermore,analyses have been made on body size,performance and mass bandwidths＇ relations with the architecture efficiency and their combination with new technologies in the development of vehicle body platform architecture.
