摘要
通过对某深埋隧道塌方原因进行分析,得出本次塌方是由于隧道掘进过程中遇到松散的砂土透镜体,受到爆破作业扰动而致的结论。针对现场实际情况,制定用喷射混凝土加固塌方洞穴,密排柔性钢架法通过塌方段及超前小导管注浆法加固塌方区周边围岩的方案,在塌方治理的同时加强了围岩收敛监测。结果表明,治理方案可行。
This paper analyzed the reason which leads to the caving in for a deep buried tunnel in soft sand layer.The most important reason was the sandy soil lens which disturbed by the blasting operation.According to the situation,treatment measures were taken.First,the cave forme by collapse was filled by shot creting;then,the surrounding rock of caving-in area was reinforced by advanced small pipe grouting;thereafter,concentrated steel rigid frame was constructed along the tunnel to support the sourrounding rock.Convergence monitoring was conducted during the treatment.The results showed this scheme was feasible.
