摘要
目的研究中国南海多棘软珊瑚的化学成分。方法综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物,并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(3E,7E,11Z)-dola-bella-3,7,12-triene(1)、Cembrene A(2)、(1R,2E,4R,7E,11E)-cembra-2,7,11-triene-4-o1(3)、(1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)-3,4-epoxycembra-7,11,15-triene(4)、epoxynephthenol acetate(5)、pregnan-1,20-dien-3-one(6)、pregnan-1,4,20-trien-3-one(7)、pregnan-4,20-dien-3-one(8)、cholest-4-en-3-one(9)、methyl 3-oxochola-4,22-dien-24-oate(10)。结论化合物1是1个新的天然产物,化合物1,2,9,10都是首次从该属软珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective To analyze chemical components of Spongodes sp. Methods The chemical constitu ents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were deter mined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as ( 3E, 7E, 11Z)-dolabella-3, 7,12-triene ( 1), Cembrene A (2)Eel' ( 1R, 2E, 4R, 7E, 11E)-cembra 2,7,1l-triene 4-ol (3) (1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)-3,4-epoxycembra 7,11,15-triene (4), epoxynephthenol acetate (5)E443, pregnan-1,20-dien 3-one (6)E〈, pregnan-l,4,20-trien-3 one (7) pregnan-4,20 dien-3 one (8), cholest-4 en-3-one(9), methyl 3-oxocholaq,22-dien 24-oate (10) s Conclusions Compound 1 was found to be a new natural product. Moreover, this was the first time that compounds 1, 2, 9, 10 were isolated from this genus of soft coral.
