Review on the secondary metatolites from Axinyssa sponges and their bioactivities

Axinyssa属海绵分布十分广泛,含有丰富的结构新颖的次级代谢产物。这些物质具有多种生物活性,如细胞毒、抗菌、抗病毒、防附着等。本文对Axinyssa属海绵的化学成分与生物活性研究进行综述,以期为海洋天然产物的研究与开发提供参考。

The genus Aocinyssa is one of the most widespread sponges containing abundant secondary metatolites with novel structures and potent bioactivities. Many of the metatolites exhibit various of bioactivities, such as cytotoxic,antibacterial,antiviral and antifouling activities. This review describes the progress in chemical and bioactive research of this genus in recent years for further research.
