摘要
为实现对摊铺机行进方向的实时非接触式测量 ,采用图象测量技术 ,利用 CCD图象传感器构成了方向测量系统。介绍了该系统的测量原理、组成结构及软件设计。实验结果表明 ,该系统具有 1 mm的测量分辨力和± 3mm的测量精度 ,且完全满足对测量实时性的要求。
In order to realize the real time noncontact measurement for the marching direction of an asphalt concrete paver,a direction measuring system is formed by means of image measuring techniques and CCD image sensor.The measuring principle,constitution and software design of the system are introduced.The experimental results show that the system has a measuring resolution of 1mm and a measuring accuracy of ±0.3mm,and it entirely fulfils the requirement at real time.
