电力机车电机换向器变形量的激光检测系统

摘要 提出一种检测电力机车电机换向器变形量的新方案 ,在防振平台上安装双频激光干涉仪、过零发讯传感器、截面位置限位开关和高精度导轨 ,并以微电机自动控制二维运行的滑板、滑块为拖动装置。在车间现场环境条件下实时、动态测量电机换向器动压成形“超速”前、后直径值 ,通过微机数据处理 ,比较变形量 ,进行质量评估 ,打印输出结果。该系统性能稳定、精度高。 A new scheme for measuring deformation of electric motor commutator in electric locomotive is put forward in the paper.Double frequency laser interferometer,zero cross signal dispatching sensor,limit switch of cross section position and high precision guide are mounted on the anti vibration platform.2 D motion slide plates and slide blocks automatically controlled by micro motor are used as driving unit.Under the conditions of the workshop environment,the diameter values of electric motor commutator shaped under dynamic pressure will be dynamically measured at real time before and after “overspeeding”.Through microcomputer processing for data,deformation quantity comparison and quality evaluation,the results will be printed out.The system has the advantages of stable performance and high accuracy.
