摘要 微小型质子交换膜燃料电池(mPEMFC)在便携式电子设备、便携式军用设备等领域有着广泛的应用前景。搭建了微小型燃料电池性能测试平台,对三种极板流场的微小型PEMFC性能进行比较,并研究了不同的运行参数对交指流场微小型PEMFC性能的影响。实验结果表明,交指流场的微小型PEMFC性能最佳,蛇形流场次之,平行流场最差,交指流场的微小型PEMFC的性能受其电池温度和加湿温度影响较大,性能随气压升高而稍有提高。实验结果对提高微小型PEMFC的性能有一定参考价值,有利于微小型PEMFC在生活中的推广应用。 Micro proton exchange membrane fuel cell(mPEMFC) has a wide range of applications in portable electronic devices,portable military equipment and other fields.A single-cell micro fuel cell performance testing platform was set up,comparing the performance of three kinds of micro PEMFC with different flow field and considering different operating conditions' effect on the micro PEMFC with the interdigitated micro flow field.The experimental results show that the micro PEMFC with the interdigitated micro flow field is the best,while snake-like flow field second,parallel flow field the worst.The experimental results show that operating temperature and humidification temperature have a greater impact on micro PEMFC with interdigitated flow fields's performance,while it is slightly improved with the increase of pressure.The result has certain reference value on improving the performance of micro PEMFC,and is beneficial to the application of micro PEMFC in life.
