摘要
利用化学水浴法(CBD)在玻璃衬底上制备CdS薄膜,并对其进行低温热处理,研究热处理时间和热处理温度对CdS薄膜性能的影响。研究发现,在100℃进行5 min热处理后,CdS薄膜的光学特性、晶体结构和电学性能都较热处理前得到改善,作为缓冲层材料可以很好地应用于高效铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳电池。
The effect of heat-treatment was investigated on properties of CdS films deposited by chemical bath deposition(CBD) on glass substrate.The low temperature heat-treatment process was implemented with different temperature and time.It is concluded that the best annealing condition is 100 ℃ and 5 min,the optical and electrical properties are improved compared to non-annealing samples,and it can be applied to high efficiency CIGS thin film solar cell.
